    02 Jul 2010 Fine when it works but I have been having intermittent trouble for 2 months, various times they raised a call with eircom only to cancel it and start from square one. I had just renewed my contract when trouble started but got out of it without too much trouble, still fighting for 2 months refund. Not nice to deal with. Wasted hours of my life on hold or with monkeys giving poor tech support and going round in circles :(

    09 Jul 2010 Not a happy customer. Paying for 3 mgs, getting 1.1. I made 6 calls to support,but still not fixed. Asked for a Supevisor to call me back ,still waiting 7 days and 6 calls later. Making complaint to ComReg

    13 Sep 2010 I looking for a provider but €40 a month for 8M divided by the 48 contention gives a miserable 0.166.

    22 Sep 2010 worst provider we were ever with. i called Vodafone once and the girl gave me my Perlico details. data protection how are yeah. bunch of so called techs who speak down to you and rarely call you back. dont bother with vodafone

    08 Oct 2010 Very poor response to complaint of intermiittent connection, eventually on call 4 told nothing could be done to correct it and did i want to disconnect, so asked to speak to supervisor and told no one available. Asked for complaints and put through to disconnection - at least here in 'customer care' they made an effort and apologised for the very poor service. Still waiting to get it fixed.

    18 Oct 2010 A total joke. Waiting nearly 3 months to switch over should of stayed with last provider. Customer service totally useless my 2 year old would be of more use!! Every time I phone I am asked the same questions and always end with them telling me they are awaiting a reply from an email to another department and will call me back never do. If you want to do yourself a big favour avoid like the plague if there was less than 1 star I would give it!! USELESS!!!!
